Publix Sale
I had a fun time shopping at Publix this week - well, more fun than usual! I was able to pick up pasta sauce, fruit snacks, and parmesan cheese for little of nothing (check out southernsavers.com for details). I also bought Cheerios but was pleasantly surprised to find $2/2 coupons on the cereal boxes. This made each box $1, so I helped myself to 4!!
AND I was also able to get 2 bags of yellow rice for $0.30 by participating in Publix's new promo - Buy Theirs, Try Ours for FREE. Here's how:
I bought -
1 bag of Vigo yellow rice, on sale for $1.29
1 bag of Publix yellow rice, on sale for $0.89
I used-
$0.50* Vigo coupon from 10/3 Red Plum insert
$0.89 was automatically deducted
Final price - $0.29
*Publix doubles coupons up to $0.50.
Let me know if you find any surprise deals! Sadly, this is what makes my day! :)

FREE Giftables at Vista Print!

This sale is a few days old, but I must admit I was very impressed with all of the items I was able to purchase for just $23!! Here’s a list of what I bought:
2011 Wall Calendar – FREE
Small tote bag - FREE
Personalized writing pen - FREE
2 Mousepads - 1 for FREE, the 2nd for $7.99
Sticky Pad - FREE
Personalized notebook - $7.49
Personalized coffee mug - $7.49
Return address labels - FREE
Return address stamp - FREE
This is almost $100 worth of stuff!
My mother-in-law's birthday is coming up, so this was a great opportunity for us to shower her with personalized items for work. We splurged on the extra mousepad, notebook, and coffee mug b/c shipping is FREE for new customers who have a $20 purchase (I already have a Vista Print account but was very pleased to sign my husband up).
What a great way to get ready for Christmas (or some quickly approaching Birthdays). The key to getting this great deal is using the link I'm providing (click here). Vista Print is a very link-sensitive site; you will be quoted different prices depending on how you enter their site.
Let me know if you have any questions.
FREE Muffin at Quik Trip!
Click here to join Quik Trip’s web survey club. Every month, you’re given the chance to print a coupon for a FREE item after taking a 2 minute (or so) survey. This month’s survey is about gas, and the coupon is for a FREE muffin. I have to be honest, I don’t participate in their survey every month – only when the free item is something I’ll actually eat or drink. :)
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
